Night sleep is the only time when our mind is in the rest mode and it is important too. So it is very essential that we take at least 8 hours of sleep. We are exhausted after a very long day’s work and can’t wait to hit our bed and with our your cozy blankets. Drinking-Water before going to bed
It has been said that drinking water before you go to bed has a number of advantages, but drinking too close to your bedtime can interrupt your sleep cycle and it can negatively impact heart health. So you must drink enough water during your day time to avoid dehydration and prevent excess water intake at night.
Eating heavy before sleep: Eat before 2 hours
If you are eating a large amount of meal before going to bed then it could worsen the existing symptoms. That’s why it has been advises to avoiding late-night eating and to waiting for two or three hours to lie down after eating
Exercise before Sleep: 4 hours before
So for the best night’s sleep, most of the people should avoid strenuous workouts in the late evening and right before bed. As the boost in body temperature that comes with the cardio workouts, along with their stimulating nature, might interfere with falling asleep.
Mobile/Laptop/Tv before Sleep
Using your mobile and TV not only stimulates your brain but the blue light emitted by all LED screens also interferes with the production of the sleep hormone melatonin. That simply means that in future you’ll still have some problems getting asleep, so stop using your phone before bed.
Day Nap
Everyone loves asleep in the day time but asleep during the day can affect your sleep at night for some or most of the people. This simply results in insomnia due to a diminished sleep drive.
Uncomfortable mattress
If the mattress is not comfortable then you can not get a night of proper sleep at night and it can lead to body pain. Similarly, if your bed is too soft, it would allow your body to sink into the bed which can cause bad posture during your sleep, which can then lead to pain too. Sleeping Aids can cause dangerous effects to your sleep medications to range from seizures to causing depressed breathing. Most people have experienced allergic reactions from the sleeping pills that can cause difficulty in breathing, chest pain, nausea and swelling.
